Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time- All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days. 
All orders are shipped via TTPOST Track Pak Courier Service. To effectively use this service, someone must be present at the address to collect packages. Failure to hand-receive a package will result it in being Returned to Sender (see Returns & Refund Policy below).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total value of your order.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Doh Say Dat Liming Games is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact TTPOST to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total value of the order.


                                                                                        Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. All returns are to be sent to:
240-250 Golden Grove Rd, Piarco, Trinidad and Tobago
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Returned To Sender

Packages Returned to Sender primarily because of a customer’s failure to collect or have someone available at address to collect packages. Packages are also Returned To Sender due to customer’s failure to provide accurate name, address or telephone information during checkout. TTPOST will note “Address Unknown”, “Unknown at Address” or “Call No Answer”.  

All packages that are Returned To Sender will be refunded. 
In order to prevent your order from being Returned to Sender, we advise that you:
-Ensure that someone will be available at the address to collect (send to a work address or a relative/friend’s address who will be available to collect)
-Ensure that the recipient name is known at the address
-Provide an accurate delivery address (provide additional instructions if necessary as this will also be written on your Track Pak)
-Provide a telephone contact where you can be reached 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
